For prescriptions you should be registered for Vision Online Services and can do so by completing a form here:

It is easier and quicker to request repeat prescriptions via our online service. Simply log in and select an option.
For GP appointments regarding routine matters please use our Online Enquiry Form and you should receive a response within 3 working days. We normally expect to be with you sooner but depending upon demand it can be up to 3 working days for a routine contact. The form is available from 8am until 10am on Monday to Friday.
